On 25th October,"2012 Shenzhen­--Hong Kong Investment Cooperation Symposium" titled on "Invest Shenzhen, Create a winning future" ­­­­was organized by Invest Shenzhen in Hong Kong. Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, Federation of Hong Kong Industries and more than 150 renowned Hong Kong enterprise representatives participated in the symposium. Ms. Guo Li, Deputy Director of Liaison Office of the General People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R., Mr. Chen Biao, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal Government and Mr. Huang Haoxuan, Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development presented the symposium and witnessed the signing ceremony. 

Invest Shenzhen has signed the intended aggregate investment of over HK $11.3 billion with six large Hong Kong companies at the signing ceremony among them the aggregate investment of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited and China Resources Gas Group Limited are over HK $ 1 billion respectively; Hong Kong TV International Media Group will forge the entire industrial chain and comprehensive cultural and creative industry park; Prudence Investment Management co., LTD will set up joint venture asset management companies in Qianhai jointly with other large domestic financial institutions.

18 investment projects and major industrial parks such as Bao'an Peach Garden New Science Park-Songgang Park, KingKey 100 were well prepared by each district, furthermore during the symposium, project docking was facilitated with Hong Kong Enterprise. Most of Hong Kong Enterprise representatives  indicated that Shenzhen with the rapid economic development and the matured investment environment, which has created vast space for Hong Kong enterprises expanding their business in the mainland market, and they will pay close attention on investment opportunities in this city continually.
