At the conference on Shenzhen Business Environment on May 15, China Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) of the Ministry of Commerce signed a strategic cooperation agreement with us to explore new measures for investment promotion in the new era, accelerate the transformation of promotional efforts into economic development results, and contribute more to China's drive for scientific and sustainable development.

The Director General of CIPA, Mr. Liu Dianxun added that the global financial crisis and European debt crisis combine with the boom in emerging economies and technologies to reshape the global industry landscape. Amid the trend, China will focus on restructuring its economic model and structure. At the forefront of China's reform and opening-up drive, Shenzhen has formed Invest Shenzhen to build an end-to-end chain of investment promotion efforts by strengthening the promotion of urban investment environment, stepping up efforts to attract and select investors, and improving its service for business investors. As the agency responsible for guiding investment promotion across China, CIPA is willing to support Shenzhen's investment promotion and boost Shenzhen's modern services and logistics, creative culture, and high technology industries so as to contribute to the city's sustainable development.

The strategic agreement is set to give a fresh boost to Shenzhen's investment promotion efforts, create a new source of key investment projects, and bolster Shenzhen's steady and healthy growth and sustainable development.
