On August 25, the "Innovation and Development for a Win-win Future - Shenzhen (Longhua District) • Ganzhou City (Ganzhou Economic Development Zone) Emerging Industry Exchange Summit" was held in Ganzhou. Over 150 people representing the governments of Shenzhen and Ganzhou, industry associations, enterprises, and other talented individuals gathered to discuss the future of emerging industry. Deputy Director of Invest Shenzhen Zhang Feimeng, Assistant Secretary of the Longhua District Government Zhang Zhouxing, Ganzhou Municipal Committee Standing Committee and Ganzhou Economic Development Zone Party Working Committee Secretary Li Mingsheng, and Ganzhou Municipal People's Government Vice Mayor Hu Juwen attended the meeting. Deputy Director Zhang Feimeng gave a speech in which she said the cooperative basis between Ganzhou and Shenzhen was good and welcomed leading Ganzhou enterprises to set up their international headquarters and high-end R&D centers in Shenzhen. Zhang also said Shenzhen will help local Ganzhou enterprises develop in the city’s market and also internationally. At the same time, the industries of the two cities are very complementary in nature and the two sides will leverage these complementary advantages to engage in win-win cooperation, such as the investment environments, numerous investment opportunities and experience in investment promotion to achieve information sharing. Institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions will be encouraged to establish bases to transform their scientific and technological achievements so as to facilitate the industrialization of scientific research achievements, support both sides to build key laboratories and other innovative research and development platforms. The two sides will deepen regional cooperation, and engage in extensive cooperation and exchanges to promote new energy vehicles, digital information, bio-medicine and other fields as well as collaborate on regional human resources and education while actively promoting trade and exhibitions between the two sides.

　　At the summit, Shenzhen and Ganzhou signed five cooperative agreements. Shenzhen Longhua District Government and Ganzhou Economic Development Zone signed a cooperative framework agreement, whereby the two sides will work together more closely on regional cooperation, industrial upgrading, and the service industry. A total of RMB450 million in investment cooperation projects were signed at the summit, with the five cooperative agreements serving as a prelude for even more in-depth cooperation between the two sides. The attendees also visited Ganzhou New Energy Automobile City, Ganzhou International Enterprise Center and Farasis Energy (Ganzhou) Inc. and other local key enterprises.
