On Nov. 20, Invest Shenzhen in conjunction with Guangming New District and China Merchants Group successfully held the "Shenzhen (Guangming) Intelligent Manufacturing, Investment and Cooperation Exchange & the Signing Ceremony of Sino-German Global Innovation and Startup Express".
A total of more than 100 people attended, including China Merchants Shekou Holdings, the German Federal Economic Development and Foreign Trade Association, the Representative Office of Bavaria of Germany in China, German enterprise representatives and enterprise representatives from the European Chamber of Commerce.
Under the joint witness of Vice Director JiaChangsheng and distinguished guests, China Merchants Intelligent City (CMIT) signed the China-Germany (CMIT) Cooperation Agreement on the Global Innovation and Startup Express with the Sino-German Industry 4.0 Alliance of Germany and the Representative Office of Bavaria of Germany in China.
The launch of the Sino-German Express indicates closer investment and cooperation ties between China and Germany. The Guangming New District and China Merchants Shekou Holdings will also become important areas for cooperation between Shenzhen and Germany.
All parties will make joint efforts to build the city into a Sci-Tech Innovation Center with global influence. At the meeting, Guangming New District signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Shangtai Biological Engineering Co., Ltd., Elite Life Science (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Alpha Life Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
China Merchants Intelligent City signed an agreement with Shenzhen Nuo'an Environment Safety Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Double CNC Technology Co., Ltd. and ETHERTRONICS for their establishment in the city.
The signing of these documents signifies the initial success of Sino-German Express, and there will be more efficient and fruitful settlements and cooperation in the future. Participating German business representatives said that through this event they learned more about the investment and business environment in Shenzhen and Guangming New District and were full of confidence in the future investment and cooperation between Shenzhen and Germany in intelligent manufacturing and advanced technologies.
