A delegation led by Wang Youming, Director of Invest Shenzhen, visited the Apple R&D Center in Shenzhen on April 16. The visit was made in preparation for economic and trade trips and exchanges by major municipal leaders in the United States and boost the confidence of Fortune Global 500 companies like Apple in investing in Shenzhen. Through the visit, Invest Shenzhen learned about Apple’s latest developments in sales, services and R&D in Shenzhen, and both parties conducted extensive discussions on the city’s preferential policies on talent and industrial development. They also held detailed talks about the arrangements for exchange activities and visits to the US. Apple said that it will develop more products and technologies in Shenzhen, China’s city of innovation and technology.
