一、承担商务领域改革创新及相关政策研究，开展商务运行分析工作。

　　I. To undertake tasks regarding reform, innovation and policy study in the commerce sector and analyze the operation analysis of the commerce sector.

　　二、开展国际经贸规则研究，承担有关贸易摩擦和争端应对、贸易救济等事务性工作。

　　II. To study international economic and trade rules, and take charge of administrative affairs related to trade friction, dispute response and trade remedy.

　　三、承担协调我市WTO事务工作，负责贸易政策合规性审查、贸易和投资政策通报与咨询等事务性工作。

　　III. To take charge of and coordinate Shenzhen's WTO affairs and undertake tasks regarding trade policy compliance review, trade and investment policy announcement and consulting.

　　四、承担我市商务领域企业服务具体工作，开展涉外经贸法律咨询和维权服务工作。

　　IV. To take charge of tasks regarding Shenzhen's services for enterprises in the commerce sector, and offer legal consulting and rights protection services concerning foreign-related economic and trade affairs.

　　五、承担我市外商投资企业投诉事务性工作，协助开展外商投资企业权益保护相关工作。

　　V. To take charge of administrative affairs related to Shenzhen's foreign-invested enterprise complaints and assist in the rights and interest protection of foreign-invested enterprises.

　　六、承担我市营商环境宣传、交流合作等投资促进有关事务性工作。

　　VI. To take charge of administrative affairs related to Shenzhen's investment promotion such as business environment publicity and exchanges and cooperation.

　　七、承担商务信息化有关技术性、辅助性工作。

　　VII. To undertake technical and auxiliary tasks related to commerce informatization.

　　八、协助指导我市涉外企业建立风险防范体系和健全合规管理体系。

　　VIII. To guide and assist Shenzhen's foreign-related companies in establishing risk prevention mechanisms and creating sound compliance management systems.

　　九、完成市商务局交办的其他任务。

　　IX. To complete other tasks assigned by the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality.
